Structured assessments, reports, feedback sessions, Ongoing Performance Support, and other services may be subject to additional contracts, consent forms, policies, or privacy notices. This Policy does not replace those service-specific documents.

2. Who is responsible for the information

Athlete Analyst is the professional brand operated by Nicoly Porto.

3. Information we may collect

The information handled depends on how an individual interacts with Athlete Analyst.

Information provided voluntarily

This may include:

  • first and last name;
  • email address;
  • phone number or WhatsApp identifier;
  • language;
  • sport;
  • goals;
  • message content; and
  • information shared during the initial contact.

Information related to services

When an individual begins or participates in a service, the following information may be collected through dedicated channels, sessions, and forms:

  • sport-related information;
  • training and competition history;
  • performance goals;
  • responses to structured assessments;
  • relevant emotional and behavioral information;
  • qualitative responses;
  • records needed for analysis and ongoing support; and
  • information provided by parents, guardians, or coaches, when appropriate and authorized.

This information is not collected merely because someone browses the website. It is handled when an individual initiates contact, completes a form, or participates in a service.

Sensitive information

Depending on the service and the content shared, some information may be considered sensitive or may reveal information related to health, psychological functioning, or other protected categories. Such information will be requested only when relevant and may be governed by specific consent forms, contracts, and notices.

Technical information

The infrastructure used to publish, deliver, and protect the website may process technical information such as:

  • IP address;
  • date and time;
  • requested URL;
  • browser;
  • device type;
  • technical request information;
  • basic traffic metrics, including unique visitors and page views; and
  • technical signals used to protect against automated traffic.

Technical information does not necessarily identify a specific individual on its own. Athlete Analyst has not fully confirmed the content, configuration, or retention period of any infrastructure-level technical logs.

4. How information is collected

Information may be provided or generated through:

  • WhatsApp contact;
  • email contact;
  • mailto:-based contact pages;
  • Google Forms;
  • connected forms and structured assessments;
  • sessions and communications initiated by the client;
  • authorized information from parents, guardians, or coaches;
  • ChatGPT Sites infrastructure and basic traffic metrics; and
  • the Cloudflare security cookie.

Contact pages may include fields that prepare a message through mailto:. The website does not have its own backend for storing these fields. Entering information into the fields alone does not send it to an Athlete Analyst database. The information is transmitted when the visitor chooses to send the message through their email application or provider. After the message is sent, it is handled by the email providers involved.

The website does not currently process payments directly.

5. How information is used

Information may be used to:

  • respond to inquiries;
  • understand a request;
  • provide information about services;
  • assess which process may be appropriate;
  • schedule conversations and sessions;
  • manage the relationship with the athlete;
  • send necessary forms and communications;
  • conduct a Performance Analysis;
  • prepare reports and feedback sessions;
  • organize Ongoing Performance Support;
  • maintain operational records;

Athlete Analyst does not use identifiable athlete information for advertising, content, testimonials, or case studies without specific authorization.

6. Reasons for using information

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, information may be handled based on:

  • the individual's consent;
  • a request for information or a service;
  • performance of a contract;
  • compliance with a professional or legal obligation;
  • legitimate website security and operations, where applicable; and
  • protection against fraud, abuse, and automated traffic.

No single reason automatically applies to every situation. When sensitive information, structured assessments, or information about minors requires specific consent, that consent will be requested separately.

7. Young athletes and minors

Athlete Analyst may work with children and adolescents through age-appropriate processes. Children under 13 must not independently submit information through the website or connected contact channels. Contact must be initiated or supervised by a parent or legal guardian.

Processes involving children and adolescents will consider the young athlete's best interests, age, level of autonomy, the purpose of the service, and applicable authorizations.

Additional consent forms, contracts, or notices may be provided before services begin. If information is submitted without appropriate authorization, a parent or legal guardian may request its review or deletion by emailing nicoly@athleteanalyst.com.

8. Sharing and service providers

Depending on the interaction and service involved, information may be processed by tools and providers needed for operations, including:

  • ChatGPT Sites, an OpenAI service: website hosting and basic traffic metrics;
  • Cloudflare: delivery, security, and protection against automated traffic;
  • Google Forms: collection of responses connected to services;
  • Google Workspace: email, files, forms, and operations;
  • Lioness: Athlete Analyst's internal system operated within the Google Workspace environment;
  • WhatsApp: communication initiated by the user;
  • Instagram: access to the profile and interaction in an external environment; and
  • email providers: sending and receiving messages.

The website is published through ChatGPT Sites, an OpenAI service, with delivery and security infrastructure provided by Cloudflare.

Google Forms, Google Workspace, and Lioness are part of the operational service workflow. These tools do not collect personal responses merely because someone browses the website. They are used when an individual initiates contact, completes a form, or participates in a service. Athlete and assessment data is not publicly exposed on the website.

Service providers have their own policies, practices, and configurations. Information may be shared:

  • when necessary to provide a service;
  • with the individual's authorization;
  • to comply with a legal or professional obligation;
  • to protect rights and safety; and
  • with authorized individuals who are subject to confidentiality obligations.

Operational sharing does not mean that information is publicly disclosed.

Athlete Analyst does not sell personal information.

9. Processing in other countries

Some technology providers may store or process information in countries other than the country where the user is located. When applicable, Athlete Analyst seeks to use recognized providers and settings appropriate to the nature of the information handled. There is no guarantee that all information will remain in a single country.

10. Retention and deletion

Information is kept only for the period considered necessary in light of its purpose and context, including:

  • the time needed to respond to an inquiry;
  • the duration of the services;
  • operational needs;
  • applicable professional and legal obligations;
  • the time needed to resolve requests or disputes; and
  • the period until secure deletion or anonymization is appropriate.

Specific retention periods for structured assessments, sessions, reports, and other records may be stated in separate contracts or consent forms.

11. Information security

Athlete Analyst uses reasonable safeguards appropriate to its operations, which may include:

  • access controls;
  • protected accounts;
  • limited permissions;
  • organized records;
  • selection of appropriate tools;
  • access reviews; and
  • deletion or anonymization when applicable.

No electronic system can provide absolute security. Athlete Analyst therefore does not claim that the website or systems are invulnerable or hold any unconfirmed security certification.

12. Rights and requests

Depending on applicable law, an individual may request:

  • confirmation that information is being processed;
  • access;
  • correction;
  • updating;
  • deletion;
  • restriction;
  • withdrawal of consent;
  • objection to certain uses;
  • portability, when applicable; and
  • information about sharing.

Requests may be sent to nicoly@athleteanalyst.com. Identity verification may be required before a request is fulfilled. Certain records may need to be retained when a professional or legal obligation applies. Available rights and the manner in which a request is handled depend on applicable law.

13. Cookies, metrics, and similar technologies

Essential security cookie

The only cookie identified in the audited technical configuration was the __cf_bm cookie, which is set by Cloudflare. It is used for security, bot protection, and abuse prevention. The cookie contains encrypted technical information related to the evaluation of automated traffic and expires after approximately 30 minutes of inactivity.

The __cf_bm cookie is necessary for bot protection tools. Athlete Analyst does not use it for behavioral advertising. It does not correspond to an Athlete Analyst user identifier and does not allow Athlete Analyst to directly identify a visitor's name.

Basic traffic metrics

ChatGPT Sites automatically records basic usage metrics, including unique visitors, page views, and changes in those metrics over time. These metrics are used to understand general website usage and performance. They are provided natively by the hosting platform without Athlete Analyst installing an external analytics SDK.

Tools not currently used

The audited technical configuration did not identify or include:

  • Google Analytics;
  • Google Tag Manager;
  • Meta Pixel;
  • Microsoft Clarity;
  • Hotjar;
  • advertising pixels; or
  • external behavioral profiling tools.

The audit also did not identify localStorage, sessionStorage, advertising identifiers, or optional behavioral storage. No embedded videos, maps, players, chat, reCAPTCHA, external fonts, or advertising widgets were found. Cormorant Garamond and DM Sans are served locally by the website.

In the technical configuration audited on August 5, 2026, no optional analytics or advertising cookies were identified. For this reason, the website does not currently provide a cookie preference panel. This decision will be reviewed before any non-essential technology is adopted.

This section will be reviewed, and a new audit will be conducted, before Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, advertising tools, or other non-essential technologies are introduced. This Policy will also be updated before embedded videos, chat, maps, integrated payments, or backend-enabled forms are added when those changes involve new forms of information collection or processing.

14. Third-party links and services

The website includes or may provide links to WhatsApp, Instagram, email, Google Forms, and other external environments needed for services. After a click or submission, those services may process information according to their own policies and practices. Processing outside the website is governed by the applicable third party's rules.

15. Changes to this Policy

This Policy may be updated to reflect changes to the website, tools, services, data practices, or applicable requirements. The current version will continue to display the last updated date.
