Athlete Analyst is the service brand of NIC PRO LLC, a Florida limited liability company. NIC PRO LLC operates athleteanalyst.com and is responsible for the website practices described in this Notice. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to privacy@athleteanalyst.com. Legal notices may be sent to legal@athleteanalyst.com.

This Notice applies to information associated with visits to athleteanalyst.com and its English and Portuguese website pages. It does not replace the separate Privacy Notice — Client Services that governs onboarding, contracting, assessments or structured performance instruments, interviews, meetings, monitoring, reports, service communications, payment records, and other information processed to provide Athlete Analyst services.

The current Athlete Analyst application code does not provide a website contact form, account login, newsletter signup, integrated checkout, advertising pixel, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, behavioral advertising, embedded chat, embedded video, CAPTCHA, or similar visitor-input or marketing-tracking feature.

The website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites. OpenAI may process technical information generated through use of the hosted site, such as log data, usage data, device information, network information, and information collected through cookies or similar technologies, to host, maintain, secure, and support the site. The exact provider-managed logs, security technologies, cookies, and retention periods may depend on the hosting infrastructure and provider configuration and may change over time.

Athlete Analyst does not currently activate non-essential analytics, advertising, remarketing, or behavioral-tracking technologies in its own site code.

Athlete Analyst does not currently set non-essential cookies through its application code and does not use localStorage or sessionStorage for analytics or advertising.

The hosting and security infrastructure may use provider-managed technologies that are necessary or reasonably related to hosting, security, abuse prevention, reliability, or basic service operation. Because those technologies are controlled at the infrastructure layer, a particular provider-managed cookie may not appear on every visit or in every environment.

If Athlete Analyst later adds analytics, advertising, personalization, embedded tracking, or other non-essential technologies, this Notice and any required consent controls will be updated before or when those technologies are activated.

The website includes links that can take you to third-party services, including WhatsApp, Instagram, and email applications. These services are not embedded tracking tools on the Athlete Analyst website. When you choose to follow an external link or contact Athlete Analyst through a third-party service, that third party may process information under its own terms and privacy practices.

The current website does not submit information to Google Forms, Google Workspace, Lioness, Stripe, or other service-delivery systems directly from a website form. If you later become a client or provide information through an external service workflow, the Client Services Privacy Notice and applicable service documents govern that processing.

Website-related technical data may be processed to deliver pages and assets, maintain availability, protect the site against abuse and security threats, diagnose technical problems, preserve site reliability, and understand basic site operation where provider-native functionality makes such information available.

Athlete Analyst does not use client-service data as an advertising or remarketing audience source.

The website and current online Athlete Analyst services are not directed to children under 13. Current online services are available for athletes age 13 and older. Athletes age 13–17 use the applicable guardian-authorization and age-appropriate assent workflow. Online services for children under 13 are not available in the current workflow.

Athlete Analyst does not intentionally use the public website to collect personal information from children under 13. If a parent or guardian believes a child under 13 has provided personal information to Athlete Analyst through an external contact channel, contact privacy@athleteanalyst.com so the situation can be reviewed and appropriate action taken.

OpenAI hosts ChatGPT Sites and may use third-party hosting or infrastructure providers acting on its behalf. Website technical information may therefore be processed in jurisdictions where OpenAI or its subprocessors operate, subject to applicable law and the contractual terms governing ChatGPT Sites.

Other vendors used in actual Athlete Analyst service delivery are governed separately through the Client Services Privacy Notice and internal vendor controls; their existence does not mean they collect information from a visitor merely browsing this website.

Athlete Analyst does not maintain a separate website database of visitor-submitted form data because the current site has no such form. Provider-managed hosting, security, usage, and log data are retained according to the applicable hosting provider terms, configurations, and legal obligations. Client-service data follows separate retention rules described in the applicable client privacy and service documents.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights relating to personal information, which can include rights to request access, correction, deletion, or other appropriate action. To make a privacy request, email privacy@athleteanalyst.com. Athlete Analyst may need to verify identity and may retain information where required or permitted by law.

Athlete Analyst uses reasonable organizational and technical controls appropriate to the website and its current architecture. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Security of hosting-layer systems also depends on the controls maintained by the relevant platform and infrastructure providers.

Athlete Analyst may update this Notice when the website, hosting stack, data flows, legal requirements, or service architecture changes. Material additions such as analytics, advertising pixels, integrated forms, embedded tracking, or new visitor-data categories require privacy review before activation.
